At Single.Earth, we will ask you to provide us with certain documents during your onboarding process, as well as later on if needed, in accordance with the regulations that we follow. These requirements differ slightly depending on your client buyer type (private or business).

We need this information to protect all of our users and partners and to combat money laundering and terrorism financing.

ID Verification

During your initial onboarding process, you will be asked to provide a picture of your identity document to our verification partner, Veriff. Please follow the instructions provided precisely. Please note that all account owners of a business client account will also have to be verified as individuals.

Private Client

Besides your ID verification, we may ask you for several documents depending on your user type, expected movement of funds, and location.

Proof of address:

In order to verify your address, we will need you to provide us with one of the following documents issued in your name in the last three months.

• Utility bill (mobile phone packages are not accepted);
• Bank statement;
• Government-issued document/letter;

Source of Funds:

In order to verify your source of funds, we might require you to provide us with one of the following documents issued in your name:

• Inheritance documents such as - will, grant of probate, trust deed;
• Pension statement;
• Investment statement/certificate;
• Three last payslips;
• Employment contract;
