This article describes various use cases that are compatible with the Single.Earth land management platform and highlights its current limitations.

Supported Scenarios:

✔️ You are a private individual, and your land is privately owned. (Both same person)

✔️ You are a private individual and your land is owned by a business.

Unsupported Scenarios:

✖️ You are a private individual, but your land is owned by someone else, such as a family member or a business partner. In this case, the landowner should sign up with Single.Earth.

✖️ You are a business, and your land is owned by a private individual without a rental agreement or contract of land exploration rights. In this case, the private individual should sign up themselves via the Single.Earth website. If you have the necessary exploration rights, please sign up as a landowner and provide us with documentation proof.

✖️ The land is co-owned by multiple parties, which is not supported at this time. We can currently onboard lands that are in sole ownership.

Which countries are currently supported?

During the initial launch phase, we are only able to onboard landowners from the European Economic Area (EEA). However, we are actively working towards making our solution available worldwide. This expansion is subject to current regulatory limitations and licensing requirements.
